About Bamboo Wok
Located at 5151 US-98, Lakeland, FL 33812, Bamboo Wok operates as a chinese restaurant serving Lakeland in Florida. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
The business lists hours on 1 day of the week. Typical hours are 11 AMβ10 PM. It is closed on Sunday. Lakeland is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lakeland follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Absolutely disgusting! I don't know how you can mess up a Chinese takeout like this place did, but they succeeded.. Fried rice was soggy and terrible!! We ordered the Orange Chicken combo and Beef Lo Mein ... The chicken and the egg roll were both soggy as well .. there was absolutely nothing crispy! The lo Mein had a fishy taste. Atmosphere? The inside was very plain and looked like a rental storage unit .. no tables or chairs ... We ordered at 530pm which is supposed to be dinner rush hour and we were the only one there.. and now I understand why. For real, I will never go back ... This is absolutely the worst Chinese takeout I have ever had and would never recommend this place to anyone..

This has to be the most dry bourbon chicken I have ever had. Tough, stringy, and an overwhelming taste of cinnamon of all things. Even the rice was extremely dry. Also ordered was some lo mein, which was okay at best. Overall, I won't be coming back here. Far too expensive for this *very* subpar food.

All the food we ordered was great, pepper steak with pork fried rice, wonton soup pork fried rice, except the egg rolls tasted funny.
